After completing her degree in humanities, Elisabetta has worked as Marketing and Communication Manager for several firms and as Key Account Manager in national and international companies, providing services to the insurance industry for over 15 years.
She founded A&A in 2010, pioneering the development of cutting-edge services related to frequency claims in the insurance sector.

Economist by education, Philippe has a long managerial history. He worked at Munters as Sales & Marketing Executive Vice-President, and is member of several German boards of directors providing services to some of the main insurance companies. He currently serves as President and CFO at A&A, which he co-founded with Elisabetta Pinciroli.
With a background in Educational sciences, Elisabetta started her career in the professional development sector at the Academy of Winterthur Insurances. She began working at Cineas as a tutor, becoming later Director of professional development, Director of operations and in 2016 General Director.
